Renactus Technology provides remote assistance through our Remote Support Portal, a small program that allows us secure access to your PC. Remote help can only be initiated by you, the user, and can be terminated by you at anytime during the session. If you would like to initiate a remote session follow these 3 simple steps;
- Call or email us to schedule an appointment.
- Download and install the remote software by selecting the link below.
- At your designated appointment time, you will be directed to our terms of service and payment page.
Once completed your technician will take it from there (all technician activities are mirrored on your screen so you can monitor the service).
